Besides his gold medal at the 1988 summer games in Seoul,
Korea and his position at Easton Aluminum as promotions representative and
official spokesperson, Jay is known for his numerous international seminars and
clinics. His titles include 10 national indoor, field, and target championships
from 1987 to 1993, gold medals at the Championship of the Americas and Pan Am
Games in 1987 in both individual and team competitions, and gold medals at the
World Field Championships in 1990 and 1992.
